Cojali S. L., the Spanish component manufacturer and leader in diagnostics and fleet management for commercial vehicles, will be taking part at Autocar Expo, the French fair dedicated to passenger transport, to be held in Lyon from 1 to 4 December, where it will be at stand C16 in hall 6.1.

Organised by the FNTV and held biennially since 2008, Autocar Expo brings together manufacturers, bodybuilders and suppliers from the sector. It provides the ideal framework for demonstrating how vehicle data helps to operate passenger fleets more efficiently and sustainably.

At the stand, visitors will be able to get to know Jaltest Telematics, Cojali’s platform that integrates traditional fleet management with advanced remote diagnostics and predictive maintenance. Thanks to direct access to vehicle data, the operator can anticipate failures, avoid unplanned downtime and schedule vehicle maintenance when it has the least impact on the service, resulting in a fleet with higher availability and lower operating costs.

In addition, the company will showcase solutions designed to optimise driving, including Jaltest Real Time Ecodriving (RTE), a device designed and manufactured to assess driving style in real time and issue immediate alerts regarding sudden acceleration and braking, idling, or the use of inertia, amongst other factors. This promotes a calmer and safer driving style, with lower fuel consumption, fewer emissions and less wear and tear, and provides objective data that drives more sustainable mobility.

Jaltest Telematics will also be presenting its specific features for electric buses, which enable the monitoring of indicators such as battery health status, range, charge cycles, temperatures and voltages, thanks to direct access to data from the electronic control units and the CAN bus. In this way, operators can make use of predictive models that help to improve service reliability and ensure operational continuity.

This ecosystem is expanded with additional sensors, such as mobile air quality stations which, when installed on urban vehicles, instantly record concentrations of CO, NO₂, PM2.5 and ozone, as well as temperature, humidity and noise. Using this information, operators and public authorities can create dynamic air quality maps and support the management of Low Emission Zones (LEZs), making the most of the transport network that is already in place.

For the workshop, Cojali will be bringing Jaltest Diagnostics, its multi-brand and multi-system diagnostic tool, which stands out for its extensive coverage and intuitive use. Both operators’ and independent workshops can carry out maintenance and repairs on buses and coaches independently, drawing on detailed technical information, wiring diagrams and troubleshooting guides. In addition, there are three updates a year, which ensure the tool remains up to date with the latest market developments.

Through its participation in Autocar Expo 2026, Cojali will provide passenger transport professionals with tools to improve vehicle availability, optimise maintenance and move towards more efficient fleet management.
