Cojali S. L.., a Spanish multinational component manufacturer and leader in diagnostics and fleet management solutions for commercial vehicles, will take part in IBE Intermobility Future Ways 2026, Italy's leading event for road passenger transport, to be held at the Rimini Expo Centre from 24 to 26 November. The company will be at stand 024 in Hall C1.

IBE Intermobility brings together manufacturers, bodybuilders, operators and technology providers of the road passenger transport sector for three days. Featuring a programme of conferences, workshops and driving tests, as well as a dedicated area for software, fleet management and remote diagnostics, the trade fair is the ideal setting to showcase Cojali's solutions for buses and coaches.

Visitors will be able to find out the Cojali's platform, which combines standard fleet management with advanced remote diagnostics and predictive maintenance at the Jaltest Telematics stand. By accessing vehicle data directly, it enables operators to detect potential faults before they occur, avoid unexpected downtime and schedule workshop visits at the most appropriate time, resulting in greater fleet availability and lower operating costs.

This proposal is strengthened by solutions designed to improve driving efficiency. This is the case with Jaltest Real Time Ecodriving (RTE), a module designed and manufactured by Cojali which is fitted to the dashboard and assesses the driver's behaviour in real time based on signals from the vehicle and the T-VOD module. By providing immediate alerts regarding abrupt acceleration and braking, idling or the use of inertia, amongst other parameters, it promotes a more relaxed and safer driving experience. The result is lower fuel consumption, reduced emissions and less wear and tear, as well as objective data to support the transition to more sustainable mobility.

Jaltest Telematics also includes features designed for passenger transport and, in particular, for electric bus fleets. Direct reading of electronic control units and the CAN bus enable the condition of the batteries, range, charge cycles, temperatures and voltages to be closely monitored, and this information to be cross-referenced with remote diagnostics from the Battery Management System (BMS). This enables operators to apply predictive models that enhance service reliability and ensure operational continuity.

The ecosystem is complemented by additional sensors, such as mobile air quality stations, which, when installed on urban vehicles, measure pollutants such as CO, NO₂, PM2.5 and ozone in real time, along with temperature, humidity and noise levels. This data enables operators and public authorities to produce dynamic air quality maps and support the management of Low Emission Zones (LEZs), making use of the existing transport infrastructure.

In the workshop sector, Cojali will present Jaltest Diagnostics, its multi-brand and multi-system diagnostics solution, renowned for its comprehensive coverage, speed and ease of use. It enables operators' workshops and independent workshops to carry out maintenance and repair tasks on buses and coaches independently, with access to detailed technical information, wiring diagrams and troubleshooting guides, as well as three annual updates that keep the tool up to date with the latest developments in the market.

This proposal will be completed by Jaltest Tools, the range of professional workshop equipment designed to meet the latest technology in commercial vehicles, which facilitates testing, calibration, maintenance and repair processes.
