This year, from our admiration and gratitude, we want to honour those first women who started their professional career in Cojali Group and led the way so that today we can have among our personnel many women which keeps increasing year after year.
In Cojali Group, we develop specific plans in the work environment to achieve real and effective equal opportunities. For that reason, by implementing the policies included in our equality plan, we want to be the engine and boost for a real change in our sector.
