Cojali reinforces its commitment to connected urban mobility at the ATUC 2026 National Congress
May 11, 2026

Cojali S. L., a benchmark Spanish company in the development of technological solutions for commercial vehicle, will be present as a partner at the ATUC National Congress (association of urban and metropolitan public transport), which will be held on 2 and 3 July in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria.

Under the slogan "Connect, communicate and transform", this new edition of the congress will bring together the main players in the urban mobility ecosystem in Spain, including transport operators, public administrations, manufacturers and technology providers. The meeting will consist of presentations, round tables and networking spaces, where the current challenges of the sector will be addressed, such as digitalisation, sustainability, energy transition and the improvement of the user experience in public transport.

In this context, Cojali will have a stand where it will present Jaltest Telematics, its comprehensive solution for the management of connected fleets aimed at optimising the operation of urban and metropolitan transport. This platform enables real-time monitoring of vehicle condition, implementation of predictive maintenance strategies and improved operational efficiency through advanced data analysis.

Jaltest Telematics stands out for integrating advanced remote diagnostics capabilities with management tools that facilitate decision-making and resource planning. Its approach contributes to reducing vehicle downtime, increasing safety and moving towards more sustainable and efficient mobility models. It also incorporates specific functionalities for electric vehicle fleets, thus allowing detailed control of key parameters such as battery condition, autonomy or charging cycles, fundamental aspects in the transition process towards cleaner energy.

In this edition, Cojali is also focusing on the Real Time Ecodriving (RTE) module, a device designed and manufactured by the company, which is installed in the vehicle driving position and displays real-time driving and efficiency indicators. This system analyses driver behaviour by capturing signals from the vehicle and the T-VOD module through CAN BUS, providing alerts and immediate instructions that promote safer, more economical and more sustainable driving.

The RTE module allows the monitoring of events such as hard acceleration and braking, speed, idling, inertia use, pitching or lateral acceleration, among others, helping to optimise driving style. Thanks to this real-time analysis, it contributes to the reduction of fuel consumption, pollutant emissions and vehicle wear and tear, while improving the safety and operational performance of fleets.

Cojali's participation as a partner in this congress reinforces its commitment to technological innovation applied to public transport and its commitment to solutions that drive the transformation of the sector.

Cojali invites all congress attendees to visit its stand to learn first-hand about the capabilities of Jaltest Telematics and discover how this technology can contribute to meet the current challenges of urban mobility.
