Cojali S. L., a leading Spanish company in the development of technological solutions for commercial vehicles, will participate in Expobus Iberia 2025, the leading trade fair in the bus and passenger transport sector, to be held in Silleda (Pontevedra) from 20 to 22 November 2025.
The event will bring together manufacturers, operators and technological suppliers of passenger transport, consolidating itself as a strategic meeting point to learn about the latest innovations and trends in the bus sector. Visitors will have the opportunity to discover the latest news from Jaltest Telematics and Jaltest Diagnostics, the two Cojali solutions aimed at improving the efficiency, safety and sustainability of bus fleets, at stand E-10 in Hall 1.
On the one hand, Jaltest Telematics is presented as the comprehensive connected fleet management platform that combines advanced remote diagnostics, predictive maintenance and real-time operational analysis. Thanks to its ability to directly access the electronic control units, interpret and delete fault codes or execute corrective actions remotely (such as particulate filter regenerations), Jaltest Telematics offers a complete and real-time view of the vehicle state. This information, combined with Artificial Intelligence models, makes it possible to anticipate breakdowns, estimate the next maintenance window based on the real state of each component and optimise the planning of operations. The result is higher bus availability, fewer unforeseen events on the road and a significant reduction in operating costs.
Likewise, Jaltest Telematics incorporates specific functionalities for electric bus fleets, which are increasingly present in urban and medium distance transport. The solution allows real-time monitoring of critical parameters such as battery health status, autonomy, charging cycles, temperatures and voltages, all integrated with advanced remote diagnostics of electrical systems such as the Battery Management System (BMS). In doing so, predictive maintenance models are applied to reduce contingencies and maximise vehicle availability.
In addition, attendees will be able to learn about the integration of mobile air quality stations in Jaltest Telematics. These stations, installed inside and outside urban buses, allow real-time measurement of key pollutants such as CO, NO₂, PM2.5 and ozone, as well as factors such as temperature, humidity and noise. Thanks to this technology, operators and public administrations can generate dynamic air quality maps, optimise the management of Low Emission Zones (LEZs) and reinforce their public health policies, taking advantage of the existing transport infrastructure.
On the other hand, visitors will also have the opportunity to discover Jaltest Diagnostics, the leading multi-brand and multi-system diagnostics equipment in the market. Its wide coverage, speed and ease of use allow workshops to independently perform bus maintenance and repair tasks, accessing detailed technical information, wiring diagrams and troubleshooting guides. This tool has become an essential ally in ensuring the availability and reliability of fleets, helping to reduce downtime and optimise the planning of maintenance operations.
