Cojali S. L. will once again be at Busworld, the international benchmark event for the road passenger transport sector, which will take place from 4 to 9 October 2025 in Brussels (Belgium). The company will be on the stand 641, where it will present its latest technological solutions applied to commercial vehicles.
After its outstanding participation in the previous edition, Cojali reaffirms its commitment to the digital transformation of passenger transport through the development of innovative tools that optimise maintenance, improve operational efficiency and contribute to more sustainable mobility. On this occasion, Cojali will present its diagnostics and fleet management solutions aimed at both workshops and manufacturers, with a special focus on the bus segment.
During the fair, visitors will be able to learn first-hand about the advanced functionalities of Jaltest Telematics, among which predictive maintenance and remote diagnostics in real time stand out, applicable both to vehicles with combustion engines and to electric fleets, whose presence is becoming increasingly common in urban transport. This solution allows real-time monitoring of specific electric vehicle parameters such as range, charge and duty cycles, battery service life, temperatures and voltages, including the status of critical systems such as the Battery Management System (BMS). Jaltest Telematics also incorporates the possibility of integrating mobile air quality stations in urban vehicles, capable of measuring key pollutants such as CO, NO₂, PM2.5 and ozone, as well as environmental parameters such as temperature, humidity and noise levels. Thanks to this technology, operators and public administrations can generate dynamic air quality maps, optimise the management of Low Emission Zones (LEZs) and reinforce their public health policies, taking advantage of the existing transport infrastructure.
The Cojali stand will also be a space for reflection and debate on the challenges facing the sector, such as the transition towards zero emissions, the use of on-board big data and the evolution towards maintenance models based on artificial intelligence. A unique opportunity to learn how Cojali solutions are helping operators and manufacturers to manage their bus fleets more efficiently and sustainably.
Along with connectivity solutions, Cojali will also present its bespoke advanced diagnostics solutions for OEM manufacturers and service networks, designed to fully integrate into their digital ecosystems. These tools not only allow critical operations such as calibration, parameterisation and maintenance to be performed on the vehicle's main systems, but they also incorporate technologies that respond to today's challenges in terms of cybersecurity and data management. Thanks to its secure architecture, technical information and workflows are protected against unauthorised access, in compliance with the most stringent international standards.
In addition, these solutions contribute to the comprehensive digitalisation of maintenance and technical support processes by integrating into connected environments that enable a secure management of information and procedures. This approach, supported by platforms such as Cojali Digital Hub, provides manufacturers with a centralised space for secure data exchange, operations monitoring and efficient coordination between all actors involved, ensuring global support and continuous evolution to face the sector technological challenges.
With its participation in Busworld 2025, Cojali reaffirms its role as a technological partner for the future of passenger transport, focusing on innovation, connectivity and sustainability as key pillars of its value proposition.
