We at Cojali are proud to have been awarded for entrepreneurial merit, and it is an honor that our effort and daily work is recognized. Our innovation being valued is also especially
important for us, since it is a fundamental pillar of the company’s growth. More than 3% of our annual revenue is invested in innovation, so we can offer products within our four
business lines that make a difference in the industrial vehicle sector:
-
In the cooling systems line, we are developing new fan clutches with electronic control for vehicles with Euro 6 anti-pollution regulations. This results in about 3% of
fuel savings in the vehicle.
-
Regarding the braking systems, we are developing an EBS system that will be released in the near future. It is a very innovative product, and different to the other systems
that are already present in the market. Thanks to our experience in remote diagnosis, we will be able to provide the vehicle with an EBS system that prevents failures and,
consequently, makes the vehicle safer.
-
Furthermore, we keeping developing our Jaltest multibrand diagnosis tool, one of the most valued tools by mechanics all over the world, due to its wide brand coverage and
the multiple functionalities it offers, which help optimize the productivity in the workshop.
-
Finally, we have also developed a fleet management solution that combines telematics with multibrand remote diagnosis, making it unique in the market. This allows the user
to know not only the location of the vehicle, but also its real-time status, if there is a failure, if a maintenance should be performed soon due to the wear of a certain
component, etc. These features provide the fleet with the necessary information to anticipate a breakdown in the vehicle and prevent it from being stopped, with the economic
consequences that this entails.
These projects and many more are already a reality or will be released during the following years, thanks to the human team that works daily towards a common goal called Cojali.
Finally, we would also like to thank the UCLM and the ITECAM technological center for their active collaboration with Cojali.
