Cojali has received the official visit from the General Director of Vocational Training in Castilla-La Mancha, José Rodrigo Cerrillo, and the mayor of Campo de Criptana, Santiago Lázaro, with the aim of gaining a first-hand insight into the company's collaborative model with the Dual Vocational Training and its commitment to the development of young talent in the region. They were welcomed by Venancio Alberca, CEO of Cojali, Fernando Iniesta, Product Officer, and Alicia Iniesta, Human Resource Officer, who accompanied them on a tour of the facilities and shared with them the company's vision regarding training, employability and talent development.

During the visit, the official visitors were able to know how students of Dual Vocational Training are integrated into Cojali's various departments, taking part in real-world projects within a highly specialised technological and industrial environment from the earliest stages of their training. This model enables students to combine academic learning with practical experience within the company, facilitating the acquisition of technical and professional skills in a real-world working environment.

For Cojali, collaboration with educational centres forms part of a corporate social responsibility strategy focused on creating opportunities for young talent and contributing to the region's social development. Through initiatives such as Dual Vocational Training and other collaboration programmes with the education sector, the company promotes links between training and the business world, introducing students to a leading technological environment and supporting their professional development.

This commitment is based on the conviction that the industry's growth comes from investing in people. For this reason, Cojali works continuously to promote local talent, encourage the entry of qualified profiles into the labour market, and help young people to develop their professional careers without having to leave the region. In this regard, the company maintains close relation with educational centres to identify, train and support the sector's future professionals.

Cojali's commitment to this model is also reflected in its results. Over the last three years, more than 80% of vocational training students who have completed their training period at the company have joined Cojali's staff, consolidating a model that not only facilitates young people's entry into the labour market, but also contributes to talent retention, strengthens the industrial base and promotes the economic and social development of Castilla-La Mancha.

Through these initiatives, Cojali reaffirms its commitment to high-quality training, the creation of skilled employment and the promotion of talent as a driver for innovation and competitiveness, thereby actively contributing to the future of the industry and the progress of the local community.
