
From 7 to 9 January, Cojali held its Sales and Marketing Team Days 2026, a key meeting that brought together teams from the head office and colleagues from the subsidiaries Cojali France and Cojali Italia.
During these days, participants had the opportunity to align objectives and strategies for the new year, learn about new products and solutions, and discover success stories from the different niches and markets in which Cojali operates. These were intense days of knowledge and experience sharing, reflecting the strength of the joint work between the Sales and Marketing departments.

The closing of these days on Friday offered a different and very inspiring format: Attendees enjoyed a special breakfast at the Hotel Château Viñasoro and participated in a coaching session focused on Sales led by Juan Ignacio Pérez Martín, consultant and speaker with extensive experience in the Chamber of Commerce, ESIC and UEM. The dynamic and practical session offered tools applicable to teamwork and client relations as well as to the attitude towards projects and professional life in general.
These days ended with the presentation of the CEO, Venancio Alberca, who shared the positive balance of 2025 and the strategic objectives for 2026, reinforcing Cojali's commitment to innovation, excellence and joint growth.
These Sales and Marketing Team Days demonstrate, once again, the importance of collaboration, strategic alignment and the constant drive towards Cojali's future.
