On the occasion of the International Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women, at Cojali we want to express our firm opposition to all types of gender-based violence in form of physical, sexual or psychological harassment, as well as to sex discrimination both at personal and professional levels.

In particular, in regard to this last point, we understand that Cojali must play a key role in the improvement of our environment and the one of our employees and the society as a whole. Therefore, we have developed specific corporate plans concerning behaviour, equality and gender-based sexual harassment in the work environment.
