We at Cojali would like to express our commitment to women on the International Women's Day 2024.

This year, out of our admiration and gratitude, we would like to remember and pay tribute to some of the first women who started their professional project at Cojali and who paved the way for us to have a growing number of women on our personnel year after year.

At Cojali we develop specific plans in the workplace in order to achieve real and effective equal opportunities. Therefore, through the implementation of the policies set out in our equality plan, we want to be the driving force behind real change in our sector.
